Figured that if you guys have the info, I may as well tap into it
    Our current raiding team is:-

Malarr - Warr MT The World of Warcraft Armory
Khellus - Warr OT The World of Warcraft Armory

Timett - Shaman Healer The World of Warcraft Armory
Kendrin - Druid Healer The World of Warcraft Armory
Sanglant - Paladin Healer The World of Warcraft Armory

And 5 dps from the following, depending who is available
Vindal - Shadow Priest The World of Warcraft Armory
Babooshka - MM Hunter The World of Warcraft Armory
Qanik - FF Mage The World of Warcraft Armory
Countstrahd - Demon Lock The World of Warcraft Armory
Draklaj - Affliction Lock The World of Warcraft Armory
Scarhound - Fury Warr The World of Warcraft Armory
Zanzabar - Enhc Shaman The World of Warcraft Armory
Vincentio - Blood DK The World of Warcraft Armory
Baelor - Balance Druid The World of Warcraft Armory
Any other level 80's in the guild are alts, and should probably just be discounted :P

Malarr's not too far off the mark.

Upgrades in order of priority - I'm going to list conq gear as I'm not sure how many triumph badges are available.

    1. Platinum Mesh Cloak from Valor Badges

    2. T8 helm - it'll give him the 2 set bonus

    3. Indestructable Plate Girdle (crafted item) its a bit spendy so if you can't afford it, get a Shieldwarder Girdle with conq badges.

    4. Gauntlets of the Royal Watch (conq badges)

    5. Spiked Deathdealers crafted - least vital of the upgrades

    Cloak - Defense
    Chest - Defense
    Wrists - 40 stamina
    Weapon - Blood draining

All gems should be solid majestic zircons with the exception of his sword in which I'd put a guardian dreadstone.
Spec should either be 15/3/53 or 5/15/51

These changes will bump him up to (unbuffed):

    Health: 32743.08
    Armor: 23673
    Defense: 543
    Dodge: 22.02%
    Parry: 18.63%
    Block: 22.26%

I'll hit the OT when I have a bit more time

Even though you are dispelling the fusion punch, having a large heal timed not even a split second after being hit with the fusion punch will make a huge difference in survival for the tank.

as far as ignis, its important to shatter the adds ASAP once they reach 10 stacks of fire, the more adds that are out, the more damage the boss does to the MT.

Protip on Ignis, btw. You can shatter those things with a shield slam 90% of the time. So they die fast and you don't have to rely on the attentions of a distracted dps. I think it works pretty well for pallies too. Don't know about druids or DKs. It shouldn't be too gear dependent either, since I usually do it in my normal set, which only has like 1050 block value.

The 2 fights we've been struggling on are Ignis, and Assembly of Iron (Steelbreaker snotting MT straight after Fusion Punch, even tho its being insta-dispelled)
We struggled on Assemly of Iron also, until we put a Pally tank on Steelbreaker and kept me, the DK, in the back with the Runemaster and Brundir (Mind Freeze and Strangulate on Brundir on his spins). The reason for this was our pally healer, who's quite good, was just not quick enough to dipsel Fusion Punch on me and our Pally tank could dispel himself.

That said we've now gotten to the point where one of our priests can dispel quickly so we can have a DK tank Steelbreaker if we want/need.

So, it's not a tank problem, it's a heal problem.

I hate Ignis - I don't want to talk about it......

I love Ignis. It's one of the more interesting fights to offtank imo. It's also kind of fun to heal as Disc, although I've only healed the 10 man. Mass shielding the whole raid means no one takes damage on the Flame Jets.

    Health: 33157.05
    Defense: 542
    Dodge: 20.66%
    Parry: 18.48%
    Block: 20.39%
    Block Value: 1262
    Guaranteed Reduction: 64.32%
    Avoidance: 47.87% (+Block 68.26%)
    Total Mitigation: 82.09%

    Optional upgrades:
If you've got the money, take a look at

    Indestructable plate girdle
    Spiked Deathdealers

Or any of the ToC craftables such as saronite sword breakers but those are likely going to be very expensive.

Also, if you've got the badges, take a look at the triumph gear as any of that stuff will be an upgrade. Take a look in particular at the Headplate of the Honorbound and the Clutch of Fortification.

    As for Khellus' spec:

Drop 3/3 punture and 3/3 iron will, puncture is better spent elsewhere and iron will is not very useful in pve. Spend into 3/3 incite.

Otherwise for his spec, he's going to want to reach up for improved demo shout for a mitigation build or deep wounds for a threat build. Should trade Glyph of Blocking for Glyph of Devastate

No problem, it was a bit quick so I might have missed something but it'll make life in Ulduar easier - good luck with the content.
