Am I missing something simple?

I am currently replacing my Valorous Dreadnaught Handguards - Item - World of Warcraft with the new Hellscream's Handguards of Conquest - Item - World of Warcraft

I had the old 8 expertise 12 stam in my Valorous and now have a 10 hit 15 stam in my Hellscreams.

So why am LOSING stam and health???
