Good to tank ToC reg? Also need some spec advice

Hey guys, longtime forum lurker, first time poster!

I have begun tanking as my mainspec, I have tanked ToC regular once successfully with a geared paladin healer, and I have wiped once with a 78 shamen. I would like any pointers you have for a budding MT/OT.

Heres My armory. What is not shown is the Black Heart and the Bubbling bright-brew trinket I have waiting for 80 in my bags.

You should first get H defense capped first. ToC is different from the other instances, bosses hit harder so you will have to get your defense rating up and more HP wouldn't hurt.
