Here is my toon. Looking for advice on my build. I am usually OT but would really like to be MT. Any advice on a better build or tweak to my existing? Feel as though my runes are constantly on CD., And also have trouble with picking up aggro on multile mobs if DnD is on CD. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
