Leggings of abandoned fealty vs T8

Just picked up the T8 leg token tonight I take it they are better than the TOC 5 man legs? No dodge on the T8, but isnt parry better in 3.2?

T8 Legs are better for health

T8 have more armor, stam, an extra socket, and alot more str. Depending on your current stats you should get similar avoidance out of the t8 as well.
