Lost my timers on my action bar???

hey guys im a resto druid and today i logged on and there was no timers on my actionbar buttons like there used to be

have i changed something ingame or did i delete the wrong addon??

Using the stock bars or a different one. Do you see the grey sweep of a button being on cool down?
