Rerolling - PVP/Raiding

So a buddy brought up to me that out Bracket for PVP is terrible and quite annoying when you have 5 people busting their ass in PVP and 20 just sitting there hoping for free Honor.

We atm are looking for a new server to roll on with a decent PVP bracket, and some great End game content guilds.

Alliance/Horde doesn't matter and the server type doesn't either: IE - PVP, RPPVP, PVE, Normal.

Recommend your guys server if you know it is doing well
