Fury - Crit % problem

I'm having a hard time getting my crit % high (above 34%)
since i made the choice of being fury warrior.

Right now I stand at 30.92% crit / 4.3k AP / 48.47% ArP
in berserker stance and I've had chance to get what could be upgrade
(higher Strenght / AP) on my boots and wrists but i just didn't rolled fknowing that it would get me below 30% crit which I'm pretty sure would be really bad for my flurry uptime.

I want to know if i'm the only one with this problem and if there's
any sort of soft cap for crit in fury that i shouldn't get below or if
i should go for strenght before crit even if it can get me close to 28% crit

I would dump Clockwork for one of them
