Question about Paly tanks...with 3.2

I have been a paly tank for close to 2 years now and i am noticing that alot of the gear now is going generally towards Parry and Dodge and moving away from shield block rating and value. should i as a paly tank start collecting parry and dodge gear? i have 70 triumph badges but i havent picked anything up yet because of this. any help will be greatly appriciated.

BTW if anyone wants to look me up on armory my name is Carstina. i screwed up my name on registration and should hopefully be fixed soon.

parry/dodge have never been undesirable in comparison to block in wrath. They serve different purposes and you should work with both accordingly.
