    Fragment drop %

    Anyone else notice Fragments dropping less from normal mode. And dropping more frequently during hard modes?

    Yes, I assume that's to reward guilds for completing hard modes. As far as I know its always been like that.

    Correct. If you check armory, normal modes have a droprate of 3-14% or something and hard modes 15-24%.
