    What can I improve?

    The World of Warcraft Armory

    We're currently raiding Uld10 mostly and Uld25 every now and then.
    Shield I get some more Block?

    Looks pretty good overall- its tough to have to gem so heavily for defense - have you thought about changing your rings around? You'd probably net gain on stam when you were able to regem for it rather than defense.
