Right, let's see.
My suggestion would be to keep the gems (perhaps reconsider your legs mind you, 9 stamina bonus is decent) and to reenchant for more health. I suggest you swap your cloak enchant to defence, then enchant your chest with 275hp. Grind a bit of honour and grab the 30 stam shoulder enchant from PVP. I would also put 40 stam on those bracers. I know you're hurting for expertise a bit, but its a vastly superior enchant. In future, I'd consider hard before putting a non-blue gem into a socket that doesn't have a decent stamina bonus.
Your last question, on minor glyphs, I suggest you have two options. Either Glyph of Command (improves the duration of Commanding Shout) or Glyph of Thunderclap (bigger AoE on your biggest AoE threat move). Personally I'd probably take both and then drop Glyph of Charge, but its a personal choice.
