Weapon upgrade or too many loses?

Hey guy's, love the site and all the postings. I think i have this one in the right spot but here we go.

Pally tank weapon:
Is Peacekeeper Blade The World of Warcraft Armory

a better pally tank weapon than

Red Sword of courage The World of Warcraft Armory

Don't get me wrong, I know that it is an upgrade however the trade off's don't make it seem that viable, or if I were to change out for Keeper's Blade do i shift my current gems around to make up for the lose of Def?

Here's my armory, I guess ultimately I'm currious about Gems at this point of my character.....do i go stre/dodge, dodge/stam or do i need to totally revamp my toon's gems anyways?

I have yet to enter ulduar in any facit yet I believe I should be able to tank it?
