Need some help ( Arms ) War

Hi,

Basically i been in playing wow for 4 years and this is my first time ever playing a melee toon. I have a couple of questions pertaining to my build as its pretty new and not raiding. Basically i am doing only heroics n badges gear.
Would like to have some advice on a few matters . Main concern is how do i get my rotation right? And as i read on elitist jerks, arms can output 7k Dps, is it true? Of cos skills is 1 main issue, care to look at my talent tree and advise?

My sincere apologies, forgot to put my warrior toon name. Its Omi / Dreadmaul / Horde.
