Return from holiday and 3.2

Hi all,
Just returned from holiday to find 3.2 has been going a couple of weeks.
All the T7.5 gear I worked so hard for now seems redundant.
Not that that really bothers me as that is how WoW goes.
Can you take a look at my armoury and let me know what I should get first as a bit overwhelmed with choice.
