Surviving in ulduar

Since I do not have much time to sit here and write this I'll make it short and sweet:
I am having trouble staying alive in Ulduar (I find myself dropping low constantly), I need as much advice as anyone can give.

I'm looking at an Armory page of a DK Tank with 522 defense.

Come on now.... he obviously means he's uncrittable. Lots of people use the term "defense capped". We know what he means.

i think everyone should just shut up about the semantics of calling it the defense cap because everyone knows what you mean.

and anyone who doesn't know what you mean obviously hasn't taken the time to do their research so who cares about them anyway
