what would be the best frost tank rotation atm? (both aoe and single-target)
i havent noticed any particular differences in single-target tanking, however, with the Howling Blast dmg halved. im at a loss.

ok, i figure you've already figured this out, but figured i'd post anyway.
single target rotation: Icy Touch, Plague Strike, Blood Strike x2, OB, dump Runic
the best 2 AoE rotations in my opinion for a Frost DK tank is DnD, Howling Blast, blood boil, then wait for runes.
DnD, Icy Touch, Plague Strike, pest, then wait for runes and do single target.
