Shoulder enchant

so im kinda new to tanking and was wondering wich enchant that would be best on shoulders.. either the 30 stam 15 resilience enchant for 10k honor or the 20 dodge 15 def rating from sons of hodir exalted

It depends on whether you are below defense cap, and whether you prefer health over avoidance. I don't play a warrior, but as a DK tank I prefer the stam boost as it has synergy with my spec.
