i'm new to raiding

i've hit lvl 80 recently ran naxx a few times learned the fights but i don't know which is the best way for me to tank or the best spells for paladin tanking i basicly put up my RF SOV and start hitting stuff. It has been working but i know it's not the best way. can someone help me?
