Expertise or Effective Health?
I recently won the Repelling Charge trinket on a Naxx run. This has given me a nice boost to my defense rating. That means I can regem and re-enchant my gear.
One gear plan I have drawn up lowers my HP to 27k but raises my expertise to 18. The other idea is to ditch the def enchants and gems for more HPs.

Any thoughts on the matter would be much appreciated.

27k HP is enough for anything before Ulduar, would go for exp, from the stats you provided (armory link goes to repelling charge) I would say you aren't going to be tanking Ulduar just yet, but if so you will want more HP
