General Warrior Tanking questions

Ok so my warrior alt is sittin at 76 while i wait for my friends to catch up to me, I was just wondering a few general things about prot warriors.

Specs: What are some spec's i could try out to do a good deal of threat while retaining reasonable survivability.

Glyphs: What are some glyphs to use for certain specs? Or Is it really just your preference?

Rotation: I want to be able to do the most threat I can, is there any rotation to do the most threat I can, and does it involve heroic strike mashing like i do now?
