Rate my armoury : Expertise

Ok so here I am , OT of one of the big enough guilds of Illidan EU ... looking for advice x)

I'm all good with my HP ( trying to get Ignis/Yogg trinckets ) and my avoidance ( i tank avoidance heavy fights for the guild )

But my main issue is my Expertise , not for my threat but to increase my surviability . Should i drop stam to gemme Exp ? I'm at 22 , cant really find a good item to up my expertise except Malygos legs . Should i continue farming those ?

I'm dodge heavy in my point of view ( 25% normal gear // 28% dodge gear )
Having only 1piece T7.5 idc about the bonus , my damage is correct ( 1k8-2k dps )

And what about the BoE Craft boots ? are they BiS for me ?

Thanks for constructive arguments ( my gear is fine , just want to tweak it ( we got 7/9 HM in 10man )

P.S : I saw someone her on TS go for full avoidance on Vezax ... no rage pbs ? I tried , got rage pb's and thus aggro pb's
