IM a hunter fail

i have a gear score of 4276, good right? wrong

i can not seem to pull the dps i need to
i keep hearing about hunters pulling 11k 9k 6k+dps with not that great gear score,
could some 1 give me correct rotation, correct spec, and enchants ectt...... with links please or even tell me whats wronge with mine,

I would ignore your socket bonuses on your chest and legs and go for Shifting Twilight Opal - Item - World of Warcraft on your helm and bracers.

Then I would get Chaotic Skyflare Diamond - Item - World of Warcraft

Enchant Gloves - Major Agility - Spell - World of Warcraft for your glove enchant

A good rotation would be Kill Shot>Explosive Shot>SrpS>BA>AS>SS

Easiest thing is probably the bow enchant and a couple of yellow gems. You are not far off but up to the hit cap, hit is the best DPS stat.
