Glyph of RS vs Oblit threat?

For a Frost tank build, anyone know of any empirical testing showing which glyph generates better threat? Trying to figure out which glyph to use for the last spot in that linked build.

I don't have emperical evidence but the Ensidia Tank's guide recommends Oblit for Frost builds. So I'm going to switch out my Rune Strike for that also. That's enough evidence for me.

Well I guess a little faux emperical evidence from my own tps charts showed that without the oblit glyph, glyphed Rune strike was beating oblit by about 1k per strike. 9k vs 10k or so. 20% more oblit from the glyph would make that one 10.8k roughly. So that would put Oblit well ahead per strike whereas the rune strike glyph only gets you 10% more crits. I'm sure the oblit would come out well ahead.

I'm switching for sure.
