Couple of comments. Overall your gear is ok, but you could improve it some. Depending on what your tanking, you could stand to up your expertise some. You could sacrifice the +18 STA on your gloves and get +15 Exp and also if you have the Valor badges, get the Impregnable Fortress ring for 25 badges.

Also you could get an Eternal Belt buckle for your waist and throw in another +24 STA gem. And possibly replace your neck/boots with something else w/o the BV on it. Get the BoV boots or farm Naxx for the Sabertons of Endurance and maybe the Heritage for your neck piece. Although if your doing 10man Uldar, I'm sure some better drops will also be coming your way soon.
