Telephus

Can I get any suggestions on how to cap my expertise and Hit rating, maybe I just need better gear? I don't wanna lose too many stam gems 'cause I need the health. Just any advice is good advice. I know I use icy talons where most people don't spec that, but I find the haste let's me spam more attacks helping to keep threat. I find I don't really use death grip but my DnD seems to never be available when I really need it most... anyways, thanks for stoppin' by and thanks even more for any suggestions.
