Can not figure out which Pants

At the moment I have Legplates of Sovereignty, I am looking at all the other Ulduar + gear drops for Tanking Legs. I am having a extremely hard time choosing which pants out of mine or 3 others. If I go with one I will gain more avoidance to another but loose some help if I go with a differenet one I will gain a different avoidance loose some def and gain stam.

The ones I am choosing between are
Conqueror's Darkruned Legguards - Item - World of Warcraft
Saronite Plated Legguards - Item - World of Warcraft
Gilded Steel Legplates - Item - World of Warcraft

Effective health

Gilded Steel Legplates - Item - World of Warcraft
Avoidance//tps (slightly better stats then the Tier but lacks a socket and the set bonus)
