How much Resil makes you Crit Capped for PVE?

just a quick question I am wondering how much resilience I would need to be pve crit capped without having any +defense gear?

Napkin math:

689 def rating = crit capped

resil = 1.5 def rating (in terms of crit capping)

resil = 689/1.5 = 459.33333333

So like 460 resilience, off the cuff.

Losing 140 def skill/689 def rating will lose you 5.6% dodge, 5.6% parry, 5.6% miss, and 5.6% block if you can block.
