Help! Seem to be having Tps issues

Hey there I have recently been having tps issues tanking atm.

Was wondering if u could give me some advice.
During naxx 25 I am Mt And seem to have the off tank right up my tps and i cant seem to get any more. i was wondering if u could check my gear/glyphs and see whats going wrong ,
