That is most likely the tooltip addon, Tipbuddy or Tiptac.

Hello, apologies if this has been shown before, but in the Anub'arak 25-man video when the achievement is gained, it is a darker bar than the standard WoW interface panel. It is shown below:

Tried that one isnt seeming to have the same effect... cant seem to find a way to scale the brightness

Dont know what it is, but it reminds me of a very old popular framework addon called "RDX" that was used @ lvl 60. (doubt it still is kept active)
That's definitely some derivative of RDX. OpenRDX or RDX Reborn maybe.
Aw ok ty guys. Cur you've been right it's openRDX and it's still in development (and is also supported by the RDX reborn devit seems both projects have been merged). I'll have a look on it maybe I can do with it what I expected from the shot (kinda helping frame for encounters). Anyway appreciated that fast replys! Im a prot warr mostly, and Im LF an addon that can change mobs' nameplate color if i lose aggro on them, for ex Im AoE tanking 10mobs and there's 10red nameplate, if some of them aggro another person than me, its nameplate becomes white. Can some1 help me plz?
