But is there an Addon which stores different profile settings so that you can set your UI, save it with the Addon and then set another setup and save it with the Addon.

It looks like a boss debuff monitor with a bunch of red icons which light up to their proper color once a debuff is applied such as scorch or sunder armor. I am sure it is listed somewhere in these forums already, but, alas I am very sorry but I've given up after 30 minutes of looking. Thank you!

Aloft can be configured to look like that. In fact from the stretched cast bar I am quite sure this is Aloft ( I had this glitch before update ). If you want something simpler that looks-a-like try Tidy Plates with the skin Tidy Plates: Simple Theme.

And I can't really figure out what the frame bars is, both hes own and the raid ones. Could it be pitbull for raid frames?
And then the colors he got on them, any specific addon to make them, "glow" like that so to speak.
And last, hes target also got that "shiny glowing" look, what is doing that?

It' oUF with a custom layout. The layout isn't on WowInterface so i guess you'd have to contact the player if you wanted to use it.
