It looks like it's just the default theme for TidyPlates to me. Or at least what used to be the default theme, since I haven't used it in a while.

can't figure out what addon or setting is adding the extra boss health bars to the side. I have Shadow unit frames, but the ones I put with the arrow. the more fancy looking ones. I want to get rid of them. Any help would be nice thanks

Those are the standard blizzard boss frames. There should be an option inside Shadowed Unit Frames to hide them

I, like you, used SBF for a loooong time. It wasn't updated for 4.1 but worked, however, 4.2, is a different story as I think it was the source of all the lua errors and fps drops in raids.

I checked out CT Buffs, buffalo, and bison (same thing basically) and lastly, Raven.

I like Raven, it's the closest I can get to how I set up SBF. I still haven't got it all figured out, like how to limit the amount of buffs/debuffs to even show, or to have buffs consolidated, if I can. Took only a few minutes to get the basics set up however and I can work with it, till I can fine tune it better, till SBF is redone, if it is ever updated.

It's the biggest loss addons have had since FuBar stopped being updated

I've tried Bison after 4.2, but it annoyed me to death that there's no way to turn the buffs to left to right.
