Class Questions for Dev Q&A

We are looking for community class questions and topics for a class Question & Answer series. Over the next few weeks, we will be posting in each of the class forums and discussing the latest high priority questions and topics the community has. We will then be compiling these questions and topics into a larger Question & Answer post to address as many of questions as possible. While we will be creating one post in each of the class forums to solicit questions and topics of interest, we will also be keeping a close eye on additional posts and discussions.

It is important to keep in mind that we have a schedule of classes we will be addressing and will be getting to each class individually over this period of time. Please note, this list is subject to change.

TL;DR for Shaman:

• Ability to drop all 4 totems at once.
• End Totem Stomping Macros
• Look at range of totem buffs
• Low level shamans trade in all of their totems for one
• One longer-term change we are considering is removing the buff totems (replacing them with normal spells) and making all of the totems do something more active, like the current damage or healing totems.
• We’ve even discussed letting shamans carry a totem on their back (the tauren do it already) but that may be too far out there.
• Consolidate unused totems into others
• Buff Shaman base health
• Buff armor pen for enhancement
• Buff specs so that some stats are more appealing
• Buff Resto so it isn't at risk of going oom on boss fights
• Look at elemental suffering from movement fights in ulduar.
• Look at magma totem for elemental.
• Buff mobility in PvP
• Earth Shield easy to be dispelled. Possibly change it so it gets dispelled one charge at a time.
• Buff Survivability in stuns
• Change Enhancement so it is able to frontload damage more in PvP
