Greatsword of Sin'dorei v. Titansteel Destroyer

For a 'new raid tank' - which is a better item to shoot for.

Is the Argent Tournament's Greatsword of the Sin'dorei sufficient, or should one buy / make / grind mats for a Titansteel Destroyer?

Is there a better choice than these two available -prior- to entering raids?

What weapon makes for an ideal 'next upgrade' after these? Demise? Or something else?

For the first half of Naxx-10 - Insect and Plague; which my raid group has on farm, I'm going to be pulling out my warrior (our MT) and putting in my DK, and letting the OT become the MT. Though if a weapon is better for a MT than an OT, I'd be seeking a MT-ideal upgrade.

I've got Greatsword of the Sin'dorei and Whale-Stick Harpoon in my inventory, and wondering if I should have gotten the Titansteel instead.

There's very little between these weapons. They are all on the same tier and they have quite similar stats. My DK alt uses Titansteel Destroyer for tanking and Demise for DPS. It's nice to have two with different runes on so you can switch roles easily.

Death's Bite, naxx 25 weapons or Ulduar 10 weapons are your likely source of really big upgrades.

Thanks for that opinion. That's about what I've been thinking.

The 'tankpoints' addon seems to think the Whale-Stick Harpoon is the best one of the lot of them, which was just driving me nuts - seemingly highly overvaluing the agility.
