balanced for what?
I would like to hear your Opinions about on which patch, class balance was the most balanced. Personally I have no Idea because I don't play wow that long. So i want to Hear Your opinion
balanced for what?
I can't claim to have played pre-BC, but my limited opinion is that classes have increasingly become more balanced with each patch. I say that as a pally and we've gone from struggling to OP, to balanced (IMHO) in that time frame I've seen new things (like 3.0 pally's or 3.08 DK's) that were temporarily out of whack, but generally I'd say that I'm happy with the progression. Not everything works the way I'd like, but I don't expect it to. My benchmark is that I don't see tanks that I respsect less, do better than me for an extended period of time. Sometimes, different tanks are better for different fights, but I've not gotten frustrated enough to want to swap class for a sustained advantage.
If you aren't higher than me in total damage done or total healing done, all comments will be /ignore'd
Classes scale at different rate, DPS class that is performing best in Naxx10 might be out-dps'ed by some others in Ulduar25. I noticed our warlocks being very strong in previous tier of content but now with Ulduar we're seeing rogues and DKs competing for top spots.
Tanks and healers I've never had any issues with as long as they're good players. Only exception was S3D where even low-geared DK tank made major difference.
What I also hear whas that A Lot of peopel are claiming 1.12.1 was the Most Balanced the Last patch of Pre BC. What's your opinion about it
you mean when everyone was one hitting everyone else with high warlord/grand marshall weapons, and people stopped raiding because they could get naxx level gear for a couple of hours of battlegrounds?
actually the latest patch was more intended to normalize rather than balance. they give each spec an equal opportunity to raid. for example pre-bc was mainly warriors tanks, but lately there are many other tank specs that can do just as well or even better in certain scenarios
I Never Heard that one Before. Yeah they are are the same and also Grand Marshal's Battle Hammer costs 45,000 Honor points and 40 Alterac Valley Marks of Honor, which is few hours BG.

About the Oneshotting why do people say, a Shaman could 1 shot, a Warrior Could 1 shot a Warlock could one shot. a Mage could One shot. What If these classes fought each other than?
lol, that's a bit of a stretch. The system before the patch required hours and hours of BG's to move up the rank ladder. After the patch, you still had to do a ton of BG's. If you averaged 500 honor a game, you're looking at 60-80 BG's for each piece.
I can't remember how much honor you received back then for an AV, but it wasn't nearly as much as it is now.
I remember how much time I had to put in just to get rank 9 Knight-Champion on my Hunter. Almost hit rank 10, but just missed it...after that I said fuck it...too much work. Grinding BG's was FAR from easy.
I miss doing an aimed, arcane, multi through a fucking mountain and killing a clothy in AV without them even knowing I was around in about .25 seconds. Now that was balanced.
