I don't think they would allow any boss to be made significantly easier using disarm. That would seem to vary from the 'any tank' concept.

Might be worth putting point in imp. disarm if that's the case.

You don't need to be a tank to disarm... Disarming a boss has nothing to do with what class is tanking it.
