Please advise on which to use

Here is my armory:
The World of Warcraft Armory

I just got the sword "Stonegaurd" last night in 10 man Ulduar. I was previously using the Red Sword of Courage.

The problem is that in order to use Stonegaurd I need to keep Seal of the Pantheon on as a trinket.

I need one more badge to get Valor Medal of the First War.

Should I stick with Stonegaurd/ Seal of the Panteon, or go with Red Sword/ Valor Medal?

As a third option I guess I could go Stonegaurd/ Valor medal, and do some regemming to stay Def Capped.

Get +22 Def on you chest and then you can play around with whatever combination of weapon/trinket you like.

Stone/Valor/regem for sure.

you might want to get used to regemming quite often, as Fury I tend to regem after every major gear upgrade to make sure i have the right mix of stats, and I do the same as prot.
