Just to correct, Oblit also procs death runes so that is not a distinguishing characterisitc between the two.

Yap. OB is allso give me the death rune, and it does more dmg then DS and with the talent that make it not cosnsume the deasies I get 3% crit.

This is true, but I find my DS does more dmg with a DS glyph.. prob cos of the crit dmg bonus from MoM.
Oblit is prob better if you're low on RP at the time.
