    Arena Junkies is showing a favorite of 60/11 for Arms PVP build on the forums. Just google 3.1 Arms spec, 60/11.

    57/14 and 60/11 are the top builds right now. Get with a Resto druid or shaman. I'm running 60/11 with about 350 resilience.
