There's nothing especially wrong with your gear except that you just hit 80.

Run a bunch of heroics.
Get better gear.
Conquer all!

Well I used Veneretio's guide for my emblem purchase order. For other gear I used the guide on this site...I just noticed you were a pally also lol so I won't look up the exact one but look at the guide section for more tips.
