    HP, Avoidance, and Threat sets?

    I've heard those terms tossed around here, but I'm not quite sure what the difference is. I understand that the threat set pretty much means block value and being a dps-tanker. What is the difference between an HP set and an avoidance set?

    HP = focus on health

    Avoidance = Dodge

    I suppose I should have clarified: why? what's the benefit of a health-stacked set versus one with maxed out dodge? With the way my gear is built now, I thought I was doing both.

    Different situations. A lot of avoidance is good for trash pulls or fast hitting bosses, a lot of health is great for new content
