It appears that for TG warriors, ArP will become one of our best stats, not to mention it's on like every plate piece. The stat distribution i found was either crit+hit, crit+arp, or hit+arp. Not much haste.

Aye it's very secksi. As I'm extremely sick of Inevitable Defeat for tanking I would throw a +24 and +41 stam in there for a whopping 193 Stamina. Now that's what I call a tanking weapon O.o

pretty sick looking and statwise it's not terribly wasted. I still think KT's 10man axe is beautifully itemized.

Too bad The Jawbone is just as good of a weapon despite lacking gem slots. I hope to god that is a 10 man item, cause a 25 man item should probably have about 140 Strength instead of 112, hardly much of an upgrade over 25 man Naxx gear really.

I gonna go ahead and disagree, 41.1 dps is a large upgrade.

Not sure how you figure the jawbone is better. The only way i can see it being better is if you're relying on the jawbone to cap exp, but even then.. you can stick exp gems in Voldrethar and still have a far superior sword, and pick up the extra exp in other pieces. That's just looking at raw stats too of course, Voldrethar has far higher weapon DPS and far higher top end damage despite a faster swing speed than the jawbone, this means more rage gen and higher Whirlwind swings.

I'm gonna assume this one is better, especially for us Orc's:

I suppose not having any crit on it though makes it subpar =(

nm, just noticed the lower DPS too. whoops!

Still, that axe has a ton of expertise on it, and since weapon mastery is moving to arms, we need more of it now.

makes for a pretty awesome offhand for expertise/stats

112str, 2 gem slots with a pair of 16str and you get...144str! Factor in that we'll likely see epic gems (which should give 20str if my math/memory serves), and you get 152str.

As an orc, I'm sad that the BIS weapon is no longer an axe, but I gotta agree that the axe would be great in the offhand with the WM changes (not to mention, a ton of expertise in one slot makes it that much easier to stack str/crit/arp in every other slot)

I've been wondering this for a while: why are Blizzard so scared of making a weapon with over 1000 top end damage?
Look at the speed on the weapons - they are all really fast.
If any of them were 3.8 they'd have about 1100-1200 top end damage.

Because they won't cross that benchmark until t9?

Well they have to eventually, why not do it now instead of taunting us with 999.
