It's not that hard to figure it out yourself, best is to sim your char or a full 410/416 with some proper reforges to get an idea of the most benefical stats and start priotising. Or you can use some presets from wowhead to get a first idea:

Generally it's a dynamic process, you start with gear A and want gear B at the end but on that way some pieces from gear B are less attractive. Imagine Heart of Rage is BiS, but it's only if you manage to get the most out of expertise.. so if your gear A has lots of expertise on it's own upgrading to that specific item might result in a dps loss. You should rather start looking at upgrades in small (this id and the next) and larger (at the "end") timeframes. An item with +300 hit rating might be useless for now but after dropping two tier 12 pieces with lots of hit for tier 13 it could be awesome.
