Bear to cat DPS problems

I just got into a new guild, I don;t have much time to play when I am not raiding and they have a few good tanks already. They tell me to go cat which is fine but I only have alittle dps gear. My dps is a bit under 2k and I was thinking is they gear I have ok for dpsing or should I start reruning heroics in the hope for some blues/purples.

Looks like you have very little DPS gear. You should find some rings and a neck and trinkets - that will help your dps. Get the Emblem of Heroism Idol too.

I'm a LW so I do have the dps epic items, and I got some of the rep epics too but thats only like 4 items and if I start chain run heroics again I want it to but on one of my toons that just hit 80 not my druid I spend weeks gearing for raiding.
