Hit and Expertise for Prot Warriors

Does anyone know what hit cap and expertise cap (soft and hard) is for a Prot Warrior?

I've been gearing with the following numbers:
Hit cap is ~8% or ~263 rating
Expertise soft cap is 26 or ~214 rating
Expertise hard cap is 57 or ~468 rating

Warriors in particular gain 6 expertise from Vitality, so they will only need ~164 rating for the expertise soft cap and ~419 rating to hit the hard cap.

If my numbers are off in any way, please do correct me.
