i am currently looking for ways to improve myself and was wondering if i could make some changes in my Gear / Talent Spec and so on, so maybe you guyz willing to give some pointers

Well balanced enchanting and gemming, you could drop one of you def gems for some expertise for increased TPS, your talent spec is optimal for threat and general raiding. Get rid of the DPS trinket. And replace with the SBV one.

So a pretty solid setup with the gear u have.

Get into some 25mans and farm gear.

I know about the DPS trinket but the SBV and Essence won't drop for me farming them for ages now hehe, tho i will be farming them i want them but the never drop for me well they both dropped in a pug and some ret pala took them but that's another story.
