First off let me try and tell you where i'm trying to go. I understand i have much to upgrade so any suggestions will be of vaule i'm trying to work it so i don't have to use Seal of the Pantheon and use Valor Medal of the First War or Lavanthor's Talisman instead as i feel they would be far better. i'm also wanting to stay above 28k health as i'll need everybit i can get for 25m.

Also concerting hit and expertise ... i thought being hit cap'd was really important but i'm finding a lot of pull on expertise in the forums. which is better to aim for once both are soft cap? *5% my understanding*
