Prot Warrior looking for advice

I'll cut right to the chase i have been prot for a while done most the gear grind and I'm just starting 10 mans Did VOA 10 and OS 10 today seemed easy enough to keep me up. and both went off without a hitch But I'm finding it pretty hard to get my TPS up i can spike at around 4-5 k but my sustained can drop really low at times so I'm really having to work for it. ( feel like my wrists have arthritis after one raid) my expertise is almost dodge capped but my hit is real low only 67 but i don't know what i should do about it, should i be dropping stamina gems and gem for hit? or if not does any one have any other suggestions on what i should do.

I'm pretty sure my rotation is fine and my spec so yea if anyone has any ideas would be much appreciated on the other hand if any one thinks the problem lies else where please suggestions are welcome

After that, my advice is to 15/5/51, get DW.

No rotation, just a priority. What are your glyphs ?

YOur gemming seems, ok, you only have one parry gem.

Avoidance is good, HP is good... gem'd for expertise. Hit is a little low but will come with gea.r

so far only thing that sticks out is your missing Deep Wounds.

thanks and sorry if it was in the wrong place i wasn't sure and yea i had deep wounds earlier till someone started having a go at me telling me my gear was all wrong for DW and that i was being a nub so i read up again and everyone seems to think u need a slow MH to pull it off so i respeced to my current build ><
Oh yea and my glyphs are Blocking, Sunder, and Revenge atm

My expertise is only soft capped anyway (21 Expertise) and having only just started out i only have the one gear set at the moment i will build on different sets over the next few weeks
and in answer to the quest the boss was where i struggled the most Satharion mainly the trash was fine once my aoe was going
sorry its not the most high tech answer in the world but this is all pretty new to me ..

Before you get on the wrong track, the expertise softcap is actually 26. This is against a raid boss (lvl 83 equivalent).
