ok so im sure this is could be found somewhere on the site but after 20 mins of searching i come back empty handed
What is the special hit cap for prot warriors and the expertise point in wich u get no more dodged special attacks

In short answer, the standard hit cap is the same as all other melee, 8%, with your expertise SOFT goal for dodges is about 26? 6.5% if i'm not mistaken.
