This list is for players who are level-60 capped, which means no Jewelcrafting, no Hellfire quests and no tradeskills past 300. It should also be noted that Naxx-60 and Highlord Kruul have been omitted. As always, if I forgot anything please let me know
The avoidance and block values aren't anywhere near the levels we saw in BC, or are seeing in WotLK, but lvl 80 enchants can be applied to level 60 raid gear, so it'll be interesting to see what levels of gearing can be reached.
Stats:
Effective Health: An approximation of how much of an increase in EH you would see when equipping the item, determined by armor, stamina and agility.
Block Value: How much block value the item offers, including from strength.
Avoidance: How much miss, dodge and parry chance the item offers. 101.6% avoidance = unhittable without block (lvl 63 mob).
Avoidance+Block: How much avoidance and block chance the item offers. 102.4% avoidance+block = unhittable (lvl 63 mob).

The reason I made this is the exact same reason I made my lvl 70 list and my lvl 80 list - I needed it and it didn't exist. I bought a second account a couple of weeks ago, recruit-a-friend, and don't plan on buying any expansions on it. I want to push these boundaries
Once I hit raid-level gear I can go for WotLK enchants and a belt buckle, so it should be interesting.
